(Is that a good 50's term?)</span><br /></div>

But today I'm mentioning it<span style="font-style: italic;"> before</span> it occurs (that's a novel idea). I'm very excited about this one, for two reasons:<br /></div>1. Its actually affordable.<br />2. Its not that far from me!<br /><div style="text-align: justify;">I've driven by this house many times, wishing it could be mine.
