It is a Parliament

Although West Elm wrongly referred to a group of owls as a flock in their online description (the collective noun for a group of owls is a parliament), I still long for one of their glazed ceramic owls.

BUT even though I was in a West Elm store last week (while in Houston), fondling all of the merchandise, I exercised restraint and did not buy an owl (or three).  Even with Hubby following me around cawing, "put on a bird in it!"  I never should have shown him the video, he loves it too much.
